Design: See Exactly What Your Growth Foundation Should Look Like

Turn Discovery insights into a detailed, visual blueprint that shows how your marketing, sales, and operations should work together — mapped out and ready to implement.

Why Design Matters

From "What's Broken" to "Here's How to Fix It"

Most businesses know something is broken but struggle to articulate the fix. Design turns that fog into a clear, visual plan — one that finally shows what your systems should look like so growth stops feeling accidental.

Discovery told you what needs to change. Design shows you exactly how.

In the Design phase, we take the insights from your Discovery Report and transform them into a comprehensive visual blueprint for your new systems — mapping out your team structure, customer journey, data strategy, tech stack, and the training resources your team will need.

This isn't a generic template. It's a custom-built plan designed specifically around the problems we uncovered in Discovery — and how your business needs to operate to solve them.

Important: Design requires completion of the Discovery phase. Without those insights, we can't build an effective blueprint for your business.

By the end of Design, you'll know exactly what your growth foundation should look like — and have a clear roadmap for building it.

What You’ll Receive

A Complete Visual Blueprint — Not Just a Report

Comprehensive Design Blueprint

A detailed, visual framework showing exactly how your business should operate across five critical areas:

People
Clear org chart showing roles, responsibilities, and accountability across marketing, sales, and operations. Who owns what? Who reports to whom? How should your team be structured as you grow?

Process
Visual customer journey maps showing how leads should move through your business — from first contact to completed job to repeat customer. Handoff protocols, triggers, and SLAs (service level agreements) between teams.

Data
KPI framework defining what you should track, how it should be measured, and who needs access. Report requirements, CRM properties, and data governance structure.

Tech
Tech stack blueprint showing how your tools should connect and work together. Integration plan, automation opportunities, and optimization recommendations.

Enablement
Framework outlining the training resources, SOPs, playbooks, templates, and policies your team will need to execute consistently.
This blueprint becomes your implementation guide — whether you build it yourself or move into Deploy and Drive with us.

Executive Debrief Call

A 60-minute walkthrough with you (and your leadership team, if applicable) to:

▫️Review the Design Blueprint in detail
▫️Walk through how each piece connects
▫️Answer questions and discuss trade-offs
▫️Align on the implementation path forward

What Makes Our Design Different

Not a Cookie-Cutter Template — A Custom Blueprint Built for You

Most consultants give you a generic framework and call it a day.

We don't do that.

Every Design Blueprint is custom-built around how your business actually operates — your team size, your customer journey, your tools, your growth goals.

The result? A plan you can actually implement — not a shelf-worthy document that never gets used.

What makes it different:

Highly visual — You don't need to read 50 pages to understand it; you can see how it works
Actionable — Every element is designed to be implemented, not just admired
Connected — People, Process, Data, Tech, and Enablement are designed to work together as a system
Yours to keep — Whether you implement with us or on your own, the blueprint is yours

What Happens After Design

Your Path Forward After Design

Once Design is complete, you'll have a detailed blueprint showing exactly how your growth foundation should work. From there, you have three options:

1

Move into Deploy + Drive (Recommended)

Ready to build your systems the right way?

We'll configure your CRM and tools in Deploy, then create comprehensive documentation and training in Drive — so your systems are built correctly AND your team knows how to use them.

This is the most efficient path and delivers the strongest results.
2

Move into Drive after Self-Implementation (Conditional)

If you're using an industry-specific CRM that we've become familiar with during Discovery and Design, you may be able to implement the blueprint yourself and move directly into Drive for documentation and training.

This option works when:
  • Your CRM is industry-specific with built-in workflows (less custom configuration needed)
  • We've gained sufficient familiarity with your tool during Discovery/Design
  • You commit to implementing the Design blueprint as specified
  • You confirm implementation matches the blueprint before we finalize documentation

This option does NOT work when:
  • Your CRM requires significant custom configuration
  • We haven't gained tool familiarity during earlier phases
  • Your implementation deviates significantly from the Design blueprint
We'll discuss whether this path is viable during your Design debrief.
3

Implement on Your Own

You'll have the complete blueprint and can implement it yourself or with your internal team.

Keep in mind: Successful implementation requires dedicated time, technical know-how, and project management bandwidth. Without these, many businesses face delays, lose momentum, or struggle to balance implementation with daily operations.

If you later need documentation or training support: We'll need to conduct a system audit first to understand how your implementation differs from the Design blueprint (additional fee applies).

No pressure. No hard sell.

Design gives you a clear plan regardless of what you choose to do next.

Do You Need CRM Vetting?

Not Sure Which Package You Need?

You likely need CRM vetting if:

❓ You don't have a CRM yet
❓ Your current CRM doesn't fit how your business operates
❓ You're not sure if your current tool can support your growth
❓ You're using spreadsheets or disconnected tools to track jobs and customers

You likely don't need CRM vetting if:

✅ You have a CRM that fits your business well
✅ You've recently invested in a new system and want to optimize it
✅ Your Discovery Report confirmed your current CRM is a good foundation

Still not sure?
We'll help you determine this during your Discovery debrief or Design consultation.
